Granulating disc
Granulating disc is designed with circular arc structure. Hence, the granulation rate may reach 93% or above.Granulating disc has three feed-out mouth, convenient for intermittent production, greatly reduced the labor intensity, improve labor efficiency. Reducer and motor use Flexible belt transmission, have a smooth start-up, slow down impact, and improve using life of equipment. Granulation tray's bottom using a number of radiation steel plates to strengthen sturdiness and durability, never deformation。
The disc granulator are widely used in transporting powder, makings shape or small state of non-cohesive materials, such as coal, cement, clinker, fertilizer and so on 。
