Ruizhou Digital Flatbed Servo USB Plotter Cutters are specially developed cutting solution for electronics, footwear, bags & l ages and garment industries. Based on vacuum-suction system, Ruizhou Digital Flatbed Servo USB Plotter Cutters are able to create accurate footwear and garment patterns on standard pattern paper, cardboard, or PVC sheet and cut screen protective film, keyboard film, color appliqué, sticker, metallic film.

2011 is an innovation year for us. We have made several improvements on our cutter.

1. Ruizhou CNC cutting machine uses imported American CPU  and precise electronic components, ensuring its stability and operability.

2. We self-developped the built-in CNC control system, making upgrades constantly on the control system. The simple and user-friendly operation interface is easy to learn and to use. It is a machine of high quality and with low cost, requiring minimum maintenance.

3. Equipped with accurate laser positioning system and precise cutting head, it is good for different softmaterials even those most delicate such as soft PCB, membrane switch, optronics and metal foil.

4. Ruizhou cutter is compatible with any CAD systems. It is able to cut materials page by page. The file format can be DXF, PLT and extended HPTL format.

5. 8 combination of knife and pen setting satify your cutting needs for different materials and different thickness.

6. Ruizhou CNC cutting machine uses imported linear guiderail, good driving motors. The cutting speed is fast, ensuring smooth cutting process and high accuracy cutting. The machine is capable of continuous accuracy. No difference exists in the running routine of the cutting head.
