Casting

Casting temperature: S est temperature: 980-1025°C

Flasks temperature: S est temperature: 480-660°C

Help-solvent: S est using borax as help-solvent,for casting by machine don’t need it. 

Set down casting temperature according to the identity of product, lower flasks temperature for layer product; higher flasks temperature for lighter product. 

Water Cooling

Cooling in the air for 15-20 minutes before water cooling, more cooling time in the air for the layer product.

Cleaning

Using high pressure water to cleaning the plaster, and than put the product into 5-10% hydrofluoric acid in order to cleaning the residual plaster. 

Reuse

It can using circulation, and s est using old-alloy less than 50%; it should be reclaimed if the product has serious air hole or impurity problem.
