RCYF type vertical pipeline permanent magnet iron remover is applicable to remove the iron on the powdery,granular,nubby materials ,in the following industries :cement,building materials,chemical,food,plastic,coal,fireproofing,with pipeline connection,to use in vertical installing

Technical features:

1.It adopts high performance strong magnetic material "nd-fe-b"as magnetic source,with heat resisting,stable performance,not easy demagnetization .

2.Special magnetic circuit design,double-pole structure,it will make the magnetic power greatly increase,has 2-3 times suction than general one.

3.The pipeline is with a sealed structure,iron remove is installed out side,in order to avoid the damage to the iron remover.

4.With a small volume,light weight,vertical installation,so it is easy to eliminate irons.

Working principle:When the materials go through the equipment, they will be distribute to the magnetic filed area of coverage by spreader plate,ferromagnetic materials will be adsorbed on the pipeline wall.If you would like to eliminate the ferromagnetic materials,just open the side door to take them out
