This escalator advertising film is made of such ingredients: rubber, copper paper, polyester, polypropylene and others chemical composition. It will be used for escalator handrail printing or advertisement scene printing.

FIRST: Installation Instruction

1, Print the image on the film

2, Laminate a layer of static film on it

3,Cut the film into width 12cm

4,Install it by hand, then use a scraper or stick with fur to scroll on the film

5,Remove the static film

6, Note that it need set apart 0.5cm at the conector

SECOND: Use effect instruction:

1. Suitable for piezoelectric solvent or eco-solvent machine, the best effect is  printed by Mutoh ValueJet 1604.
2. Definition is above 1440 dpi. 8pss or 16pss will be the best.
3. After printing put it under 20-30°C, after 48 hours it becomes mature period, then can start to install.
4. After mature period, laminate PVC static film on the film, cut, then begin to install.
5. It is better to use professional installation machine to install.
6. If install by manual will need at least two persons. Note: please don’t install it if the film is elongated or become deformed.
7. When take it off, need glue-dispenser or other liquid which can dissolve polyester to wash the residual glue.

THIRD: Keep method

Re-pack it in good condition, then keep on the cool and dry place.

FOURTH: S estion of the using

It is better to use it within three months. Quality can be guaranteed in six months
