Specification

 The Flat-Plate system comprises an insulated, weatherproof box containing absorber plate fins under one or more transparent or translucent covers. Water or conducting fluid passes through pipes located below the absorber plate. As the fluid flows through the pipes it is heated. This collector is the most common type of collector in many countries.

I. features:

Flat Solar Collector with pressure bearing function. The important part is made of blackchrome plating

The characteristic of this kind of solar collector is:

high solar radiation heat absorption ratio,

low emissivity,

high pressure bearing ability (1 MPa ~1. 5 MPa); 

depending on the climate characteristic of European and some extreme regions

The efficiency of whole set solar collector can reach no lower than90%.

II. working principles:

 The collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation.When the temperature of the collector reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically.The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
Then the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the tank to heat the water.

2. material of outer tank: SUS 304-2B                           

3. bracket materail: aluminium alloy 2.0mm or sus202 1.2mm
