Usage:

Mainly for winter heating in cold areas. First, open the water bottle cover, fill with water, then parallel to tighten the lid, Finally put it into insulative bag and place inside the quilt. It is confortable. It usually holds time of 9-12 hours. Water temperature: usually 50-110 degrees.
