24 cavity PET preform mould(Same as HUSKY structure) description:
1) Mould base plate: P20, all plates will be nickel plated.
2) Core: S136 (Sweden), the HRC is 49-52C.
3) Cavity: S136 (Sweden), the HRC is 45C.
4) Neck part: S136 (Sweden), the HRC is 45-47C.
5) Similar as HUSKY structure, have cooling system in the neck, slide plate, hot runner plate.
6) Graphite copper plate under slide plate, with better lubricate effect.
7) Germany standard PID temperature controller.
8) Test sample delivery time: 45days.
9) The weight tolerance: +/- 0.1gram (depend on the weight of the preform)
10) The thickness tolerance: +/- .0.05mm (depend on the length of the preform)
11) The guarantee of the mold is more than 5,000,000 shots
