Toughened glass insulators of cap and pin type is one of the eleven classification products in the company, which is produced solely in China and Asia now. In 1958, researched and developed by the company itself, the first piece of toughened glass insulators in China was born in the company. To comply with requirements of the domestic and foreign clients and to make even more contribution to the world power industry, the company introduced the whole advanced technology and equipment from Italy for manufacturing toughened glass insulators in 1994. The annual output is two million Pieces. The manufacture line has been achieved controlling by the computers which made the manufacture process and products quality reaching to international standard. The company has a variety of products from 40kN to 300kN standard profile, from 70kN to 210kN fog profile, from 160kN to 300kN direct current profile,40kN and 120kN spherical profile and 120kN,160kN and 210kN open profile, long-rod type insulators of electric railway etc., which can satisfy with the requirements of transmission lines with all kinds of the voltage grades. The products can company with IEC, BS, AS, and ANSI standards as well as Chinese standards etc. The whole quality control system of the manufacture line is in accordance with ISO9001.
