Metering Pump
Various metering pumps find extensive application in metering and boosting of high/low viscosity media.
The housing is made of Chrome-nickel alloy or nickel-based alloys, tantalum alloys.
Gears are made of quenched chrome-steel or other similar metals.
Bearings are made of Graphite, NIAG, zirconia or quenched tool steel.
Come with frequency conversion motor and reducer to vary the speed, contributing to higher consistency in die pressure and better production quality
Applicable materials: PC, PMMA, ABS, PET, PVB, PS, PP, PE etc.
