Property:
1.colorless semitransparent crystal or white single slant crystal powder. No smell, taste salty, easily soluble with glycerin, water, slightly soluble in ethanol,
not soluble in acid, water solution appears as alkaline.
2.White crystal powder.Effloresce in dry air. It’s easily soluble in water and glycerin, water solution is alkali. not soluble with alcohol and acidity. when heated
to 100℃, loss 5H2O, up to 350℃-400℃, loss hydrate absolutely. Melting point：75℃.

products, it can make enamel not easy to fall off and with luster. It also widely used in optics glass, glass fiber, colored metal as jointing agent, cohering agent
for jewelry, printing and dyeing, detergent, refined gold, cosmetics, pesticide, fertilizer, borax soap, antiseptic, antifreeze, and in pharmaceuticals as
disinfectors etc. It’s also one of basic raw material for making other boric compound.
