Bright smooth wax flake RL-V8 is hight concentration solid smooth agent,its unique molecular structure give better absorption of the fabrics, make emulsion molecules combine well with fabrics molecules together.Finished fabrics have soft,smooth and good glossy property, it applies to after finishing of cotton,denim,polyester,yarn,blend fabrics,leather and PU leather etc.

1. The finished fabrics have bright color, high flexibility, high tear strength, good wrinkle resistance and low bubble.
2. The finished fabrics have good washability and dry cleaning resistant,penetrability and hydrophilicity.
3. It gives fabrics good smooth and pendent property,avoid form needle hole.
4. Good compatibility, use compound with other amino silicone oil can reach different style handle.
5. It is a main material make smooth agent,only need dissolve in warm water of 25℃-50℃,replace of amino silicone oil and dimethicone and 107 glue.
6. It’s suit for immerse method that has strong adsorbability,never occur oil spot in cylinder wall and breaking of emulsion,separate layer.
Dissolve:
Smooth wax flake RL-V8 can be diluted in any proportion in warm water of 25℃-50℃,stir slight till turn white emulsion, no need emulsifier.
Direction for Usage:
Dip padding method: smooth wax flake V8,10-15 g/l, penetrant 0-2g/l, room temperature.
Immersion method: smooth wax flake V8,2-3% (o.w.f.),bath ratio 1: 15,temperature 30-40℃,runtime 15-30 minutes.
Storage and Package:
Smooth wax flake V8 pack in 25kg woven bag,polybag inside.
Store in a cool, dry place, shelf life of 6 months.
