2. Screw and barrel of extruder adopt 38CrMoALA nitrogen treatment so as to prolong service their life.

3. Drive motor adopts variable frequency control which has high speed control precision, wide adjusting range, low consumption and reliable running.

4. Adopting far infrared ray energy-saving heater, intelligent digital automatic temperature controller which has high efficiency and low consumption.

5. A.C. motor &Variable frequency inverter control system durable in hash factory environment.
