PREPARATION FOR USE
BatteryInstallation
·Access the Battery Compartment by removing the End Cap Assembly or Reflector/Bezel Assembly as described below.
·Hold the MR-2D in one hand and use the free hand to rotate either the End Cap or Reflector/Bezel Assembly counter clockwise.
• Install fully charged rechargeable battery; ensuring positive (+) end is against the Reflector/Bezel Assembly.
• Once the battery is installed, return either the End Cap or Reflector/Bezel Assembly to the MR-2D body and rotate clockwise until tightly secure.
CAUTION: Do not store the MR-2 with the battery installed.
MODES OF OPERATION
1: Quick press the switch button one time when the light is off: high power, then press the switch longer, the output change to low power. Release the switch to keep the desired output. longer press the switch again ,the output will change to high power. That’s so called high-low-high recycle. The time pause is 3 seconds between 100% and 1%.
2: Double click the switch button within 0.5 second when the light is off: lowest power. Then press the switch longer, the output change to high power, release the switch to keep the wanted output. Longer press the switch again, the output will change to low power. That’s so called low output-high output-low output recycle. The time pause is 3 seconds between 100% and 1%.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning: Whenever the MR-2 becomes dirty, or after exposure to salt water, it should be cleaned by rinsing with fresh water or mild soap and water and then wiped dry with a soft cloth. The illumination lens may be cleaned using a soft cloth with water, alcohol, or general purpose window cleaner.
End Cap and Bezel O-Ring: The End Cap and Bezel O-ring should routinely be inspected to ensure it is clean and supple. Periodically lubricate the O-ring with a petroleum jelly. The O-ring should be replaced if it becomes cut, nicked, or dried out.

The MR-2 is powered by a single, rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. Lithium batteries can explode or cause burns if short-circuited, punctured, or disassembled.
Prior to use, inspect all batteries for cracks, leaks, or bulging.
Never install a defective battery in the MR-2.
Do not use the MR-2 in environments containing an explosive atmosphere or in areas where gasoline, paints, solvents, or other flammable liquids are stored.
The MR-2 will generate heat. Do not hold the bezel or lens against any portion of the human body.
Do not let a child without adult supervision when using the flashlight.
Do not light a flashlight to direct exposure to human and animal eyes.
Long storage and transportation, please remove the battery.
