Ruizhou CNC box sample cutting table is a simple and useful devise for paper and plastic box sample production. It’s able to conduct full cut, half cut, folding lines, pattern drawing on different materials, widely applied in box sample rooms and decoration companies.

* The cutting speed of Ruizhou pattern cutter is around 3 to 5 times the speed of traditional manual cutting, which makes it possible for quick material input, quick parts output and quick production. It's more suitable for the customers who are receiving orders with diverse styles and short lead time.

* The machine is connectible to many CAD software. Customers can make timely correction to the patterns during cutting, thus meeting the fast-changing market demands through quick sample making and error correction. OPTIONAL TOOLS
Regarding to different cutting requirements, the machine can be equipped with subsidiary tools such as Cutting knife, Drawing pen, Material feeding stand and Pressing Roll etc.
1. Cutting with Rotating Knife
* It can conduct full-cut and half-cut on cardboard, plastic board, grey paper, kraft paper etc. Cutting thickness ranges from 0.5 ~ 2 mm.
2. Drawing with Pen Tool
* Our machine can draw various high precision drawings on the materials. Customers can choose ordinary signing pen, oil pen, ball-point pen or silver pen according to different materials or drawing requirements.
3. Material Feeding Stand
* For some rolling materials, customer can consider using the relative rolling stand to simplify the operation.
4. Pressing Roll
* It can create perfect folding lines on cardboard and plastic board.
