It is a requirement that Fire Rated Doors are used as the entrance door for apartments and offices, services room doors and stairwell doors. KOSIN (SEAL FIRE) Fire Door Selection is constructed with our own proprietary products. All our fire rated timber door selections are tested based on BS476 Part 22: 1987, AS 1530, SS332 – 2007 with certifications and approvals in various regions.
We can supply FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120 timber door sets that can be furnished by a variety of veneer finishing with custom made decorative beading and vision panel.
We Use AUSIN Core
AUSIN core is designed and tested to serve as architectural and acoustic door under normal conditions. AUSINcore offers an excellent adaptability in its finishing with a variety of materials comprising of timber veneer and laminated surface, which enhance the aesthetic appearance of the door without affecting their fire ratings.
AUSIN core reduces the usage of timber by up to 95% for each door .This is considered to be the only one of its kind. This part of its innovative design contributes to the worldwide environmental conservation programs.
