Tempered furnace structure features:
IVA T... e/g (V) series of gas heating or electrical heating pit-type furnace can take muff or without muff, usually used in about 1000 °C temperature of heat treatment: carburizing, surface quench, carbonitriding, annealing with protecting atmosphere, nitrocarburizing, nitriding.
1. Modular design: according to customer requirements can be equipped with a muffle, fast-cooling devices and pre-vacuum device.
2. Within the water-cooled units: cooling water forced circulation, strengthen the effect of heat transfer.
3. Cool return water monitoring: the heavyweights of the cooling water return pipe with cooling water monitoring devices to ensure 
that the cooling water to work properly.
4. Lightweight thermal insulation material:less heat,can endure severe temperature change,strong wind resistance surface,apply 
to the fast cooling process.
5. Easy maintenance: lift the seal groove, sufficient maintenance space.
6. Specialized computer control systems: common craft materials with a library, according to the simulation results to optimize 
process parameters, automatically record process parameters, real-time recording process of carburizing the carbon concentration gradient curve and the corresponding data.
