The machine used is called a Motor-Drive Plate Shearing Machine/ Plate Cutting Machine/ Mechanical Guillotine. The Motor-Drive Plate Shearing Machine/ Plate Cutting Machine/ Mechanical Guillotine may be foot powered (or less commonly hand powered), or mechanically powered. The Motor-Drive Plate Shearing Machine/ Plate Cutting Machine/ Mechanical Guillotine works by first clamping the material with a ram.
