1.Application
The machine, which is introduced the new technology of the latest M85 high-speed aluminum alloy rod drawing machine from Germany Nihoff company, used to draw aluminum & alloy rod from ?12mm and ?9.5mm to aluminum wire in diameter 2.1- 4.7mm and aluminum alloy wire in diameter 2.2-4.5mm. Drawing blocks, arranged slantways in a line, with continuous drawing. Mechanical electric devices have constantly matched speed and are operated conveniently, and can realize a quick exchange of die ,and shift thread reel and tape-up wire automatically without stop the machine which features easy operation, high production efficiency and good product quality.

3. Components of the equipment
  It is composed of pay-off device, main machine for drawing wire, wire accumulator, automatic double bobbins take-up device, oil lubrication system for drawing wire, oil lubrication system for gear, wire pointer and electric control system.
  The machine is a good ideal equipment which can realize a rapid exchange of die and automatically make double bobbins take-up. Its whole performance is advanced and reliable with high automatic control.

  2). Type-450/13 slip type & straight-line main machine for drawing wire
      The main machine adopts DC motor and its deadblock, driven by individual DC motor, adopts the transmission of high-intensity bevel wheel with stable performace. Drawing block whose surface is through heat treatment adopts alloy steel, with a long-term durability. To match die adopts the way of Germany Nihoff compay, which can realize a quick exchange of die. The machine is equipped lubricating device for gear, lubrication device for cooling drawn wire and other self-contained complete device for heating and cooling.

  3). 500/600 double bobbins take-up device is designed according to the model of Italian drawbench and its functional performance is almost equal with imported equipment. The device is used to continuously draw aluminum wire in diameter 1.8-4.7mm and collecting wire can realize automatic bobbin exchange, which is up to the purpose to produce continuously. Automatic stop device works when the pressure is low. The rotation of the double bobbins uses 2 sets of DC motors and works synchronistically with the main machine of drawing wire, and the way of compaction uses hydraulic pressure and locks mechanically, with satety and reliability. Wire arranging adopts hydraulic transmission, with balance and evenness. Thread reels fixing and disassembling use hydraulic rising and falling, which ensures the automatically fall into carrying path when them are disassembled from the device. The hydraulic system of the machine is composed of accumulator, unloading gear and integrated electromagnetic valve.

      The machine, which is applied with drawbench, used to roll the head ot the wire and penetrate into the die, and rolling head has the function of cutting aluminum rod.                           5.5kW

  6). Electric control system
      Electric control system of the machine mainly contains these systems, such as the host, double bobbins collecting wire, auxiliary machine and PLC intelligent relay. The interaction of the whole machine adopts Semens to control. Operating platform adopts touch screen. Control system is advanced, reliable performace, completed safeguard and convenient operation.
