Uses:

Note:
1. Pump and motor must be connected to the shaft (Rotor) against 1 ~ 2mm, and then tighten the bolts on the coupling;
2 pumps must be started manually turn the pump rotor, feeling flexible;
3 pumps in the pump start-up is filled with water must be guaranteed (the water pump section of the plug until the water spray), and then close the exit valve and pressure gauge, vacuum gauge plug;
4 Note always check whether the pump coupling the lower bottom water exposed, if there is a large leak, replace the cap should be adjusted or mechanical seal;
5. Repair, water pump for 1000 hours, maintenance should be carried out, impeller and sealing ring gap larger than 0.5mm, the seal should be replaced;
6 down, slowly close the exit valve and pressure gauge, vacuum gauge cocks, and then turn off the motor.
