Introduction of machine
1. flour mixer(powder mixer): to mix the raw materials with water into high uniformity materials
2. Stainless steel screw conveyor: to send the materials to the single screw extruder
3. double screw extruder: to extrude the raw materials into many different shapes by changing the dies. The main model we use for the breaksfast cereals snack food production line is CY-65 double screw extruder. And the smallest capacity we can do is 120-150kg per hour. If you need larger capacity, we have many more different models of breakfast cereals extruders model for your choice.
4. sugar sprayer and flavor machines: to spray powder and sugar to the breakfast cereals foods based on the local market requirement.
5. multi-layer oven: The oven mainly function as drying of the extruded and sugar sprayed breakfast cereals, which can make it crispy, crunchy and easy to store for long time. The oven heating source can be electricity, gas or LPG etc.
6. Cooling conveyor: to cool the temperature of the breakfast cereals from the dryer to room temperature before going to pack.
7. Packing machine: Pack the breakfast cereals into small bags.
