The stone production line is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating sieve, belt conveyor. Its design output varies from 50 tons to 500tons per hour. In order to meet the needs of different clients, cone crusher and dust collecting equipment can be added to the prodution line. It can be used in industry like hydroelectricity, building materials, express way, city construction to operate the aggregate of hard limestone, granite, pebble, slag of metallurgy and man-made sand. Process of the stone production line

The material (limestone, granite, basalt, gneiss, river stone, cobblestone) will be fed into the jaw crusher to be crushed preliminarily. The material after being thickly crushed preliminarily will be transported to cone crusher or impact crusher to be crushed further by the belt conveyor. The crushed stone material will be screened out the different specification by the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor. The qualified finished product will be transported to the finished product storehouse by the belt conveyor and the unqualified stone returns to the through the belt conveyer to be crushed once more. It can form the close circulated crushing.
