uses many paper pallets which are after the slitting process to make the sprial paper tube. It contains the follwing process: straighting, coating, frictioning, then put the pallets on the tube rolling core shaft in sprial sequence to roll the sprial paper tube. This machine has the follwing six main parts: paper loading shelf structure, glue coating structure, rolling mechanism, cutting mechanism, double infrared+location buffle mechanism, automatic tube unloading mechanism; The paper loading shelf is the integral structure, it saves the space, improves the paper utilization ratio, increases the tension and parallelism of the paper. The gule coating mechanism is the side paper puncturing structure. It is convenient to operate. The integral structure frictioning guarantees the uniform  coating.

The rolling mechanism is figure eight distribution. The cutting system has the photoelectric control to control the length structure . It uses the frequency conversion and PLC to control the sprocket drive structure. It is with the compact structure, the driving torque is great, and the power loss is less.

The main motor uses the triangle strip to drive a turbine speed reducer, at the same time, it will upload all the running chain transmission to drive the drum to carry out the synchronizing motion and reach to the synchronous working. The output axle of the turbine speed reducer transfers the power to the sprocket which is inside the girder by the coupling, then through the tension wheel to transfers the power to the drum shaft by the double row chain. After this, the drum shaft uses the linkage to release the power to the drum to drive the belt to carry out the tube rolling. When the paper tube reaches to the needed cutting length,

the signal switch will send the signal to the cutting device, then the cutter and all the cylinders run. When finish the cutting, the cutting platform senses the signal device, all the cylinders take back, the cutting platform backoff, then finish the cutting process.
