	1）Main motor with a power of 18.5KW (AC motor), brand name: WanNan.  The Denmark Danfoss frequency converter is adopted for the speed regulation system. 2）One set of main feeder,the power is 0.75kw, reduction ratio:17:1. The feeder with a horizontal agitator, feed trandsmission case with lubricant grease, hopper material is stainless steel 3）Hight speed hight torque gearbox, reduction ratio：3:1, the compact host machine features integrated speed reduction and torque transfer with a design of parallel three axles. SKF bearings are used in the reducer, torque transfer device and as the radial bearing in the output shaft, which material is 40CrNiMoAlA, machining precision is six grade. 4）Screw stem diameter：Φ35.6mm, L/D =40:1, Screw stem with modular structure. The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw thread components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high intensity, large load, and easy disassembly and assembly. The screw components are made of high quality high-speed tool steel, W6Mo5Cr4V2, which receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature. The whole hardness is HRC58~60. 5）Charging barrels: 10barrels in all, barrel length:150mm per section, which is made of #45 steel and lined with alloy bush, water-cooling for barrels. The first barrel is for feeding; the sixth barrel is for glass fiber; the ninth barrel is for vacuum degasification, and the tenth one is for extrusion, and others are for close barrels. 6）Heat system :10 sections in all which contain screen changer die .The rest heater are high temperature heaters, the heating power is high, the outside of heater is made of asbestus to keep the temperature, which effect is good, heater insulating resistance against ground is not less than 10 MΩ,the total heating power is ~20kw

Training and services        1.Instruction of field installation        2. Equipment field debugging and trial run        3. Training on field operation and maintenance for customer's personnel. 4. With regard to equipment failure resulted from design or manufacturing quality, 1 year free warranty and guarantee of provision of spare parts.        5. Provide technical consultation service on long-term basis   7. Installation and debugging: when the machine arrives at site, the customer should install it on the appropriate position according to the specifications provided by the supplier; and then, the supplier should send its officials to the site in order to instruct the customer about trial run and debugging. The customer should provide necessary conditions for trial run. When it runs normally, the ownership title of the machine should be transferred to the customer. And the customer should provide the User Acceptance Report to the supplier. The customer should provide materials for trial run, and should decide the processing conditions in trial run with consideration of the supplier's opinions.
