Production Technology:
1. Metal sheath material: stainless steel SUS316 or SUS304; service temperature: within 550℃;
2. Main dimensions: diameter: 6mm and above; length: 25mm and above;
3. Surface load density: power density (power per external surface area of heating area: 5-11w/cm2);
4. Top-grade magnesia powder: high-temperature magnesium oxide and natural sea water magnesia rod;
5. Single-end leading-out mode: soft leading-out, hard leading-out, internal leading-out, and external wiring

Technical Parameters:
1. Operating condition: ambient temperature: -20℃~+60℃; relative humidity: <80%;
2. Electrical strength: no punch-through after 1min AC 1500V, 50Hz test under cold conditions;
3. Thermal insulating property: no punch-through after 1min AC 1000V 50Hz test;
4. Leakage current<0.5Ma; insulation resistance>30MΩ;
5. Power deviation: +5%, -10%;
