Brief introduction of tunnel oven (line oven):

The outer shell of the tunnel oven (line oven) is made of A3 high quality steel plate. The inner liner is made of wire drawing or mirror stainless steel plate. The shell surface is sprayed with plastic / environmental protection paint, and the shell is filled with aluminum silicate fiber between the outer shell and the inner liner, forming a reliable insulation layer. The tunnel oven can use teflon or metal belt conveyor belt. The heating pipe is installed in the top air duct (or both sides of the air duct). The room temperature is +10 C to 200 C. The oven door is sealed with silicon rubber strip and the side opens to facilitate the later maintenance.

3. The air inlet of the tunnel oven is equipped with a high efficiency filter to purify the air sent into the air, and at the same time, the exhaust vent also has a high efficiency filter to prevent the unclean air from reflux. At the same time, the air flow rate of the butterfly valve is high. The machine has preheating area, constant temperature area, cooling area and cooling area. The temperature range is -200 -400 and room temperature.
