Ceramic Fiber Board----Production Technics
We use the blown ceramic fiber bulk as the raw material of wet vacuum formed board,the blown fibers is easy to cut,distribute and mix with glue. The fibers need to chop into the required size,so that the fibers are not into group in the pool.In the process of choping,it need to add the glue,fillings and additive,then the fibers are mixed evenly in the storage pot,then delivered to other pot for use.
The prepared fiber slurry are delivered to the forming pool by pump(or flow into the pool under the pressure difference).Under the vacuum pressure of molding machine,the fiber slurry are adsorbed on the molding machine into wet embryo,when the fiber embryo reach the required size,it need to be dehydrated,the dehydrated fiber embryo are delivered to the pressing machine by net strap;after compressing,flat,the fiber embryo are delivered to the dry furnace.
The dry furnace is continuous microwave dry device,which is one of the important processes of wet vacuum forming technics,it is used to dry and form the products.After drying and forming,the products are delivered to the polishing machine,then to the cutting machine to cut into the required size,and the equipment has the measuring length instrument,to satisfy different product specification.At last,check the quality and pack,the finished products are sent to the warehouse for dispatching.
On the base of traditional production line,we developed the DCS controlling system,PLC automatic controlling system,light PLC automatic following system successfully,which is on the top side of the world.All of these make the equipment more exact, production more perfect,so that the quality and capability of the products can arrive the higher bourn.
