Ausbond® 90 is kind of high-viscosity and single-component acrylic conformal coating, which is designed for protecting the printed printed circuit assemblies working in bad environment.With outstanding high/low temperature resistance performance, weather resistant performance, electricity insulation performance and excellent ‘three-proof’ performance: damp-proof, salt fog-proof and mildew-proof. It can conform to the requirements of EU ROHS Directive completely.

Product Features

1. With environment-friendly preparation, fast curing speed and easy operation, applicable for many processes of spray coating, brush coating and dip coating.

2.Have good adhesion on most of materials, without corrosion.

3. With outstanding high/low temperature resistance performance, weather resistant performance, electricity insulation performance and excellent damp-proof, mildew-proof, salt fog-proof and antisepsis, electricity insulation and electric leakage resistance performance.

4. Have long protecting term for printed circuit assemblies and electronic parts etc., to extend their lifetime.

5. Tin can be welded onto the conformal coating directly.
