The product is easy to use and operate, which is suitable for the whole family. It is a kind of new, interesting, convenient and safe fitness product. By Yoga Ballance Ball, the muscles that are hard to be exercised in common exercise can be better exercised, furthermore, some problems caused by sitting for long time, such as omalgia, soreness of waist, and muscle strain or pain etc can be effectively solved. Yoga Ballance Ball is capable of shaping the muscle curves of waist, abdomen and hips, and can strengthen the function of body organ while beautify your body, and can increase the capabilities of control, flexibility and coordination. It sufficiently uses the power of pneumatic pressure for stretching and relaxing and is a new method for physical and mind exercise.  “The first need of body is to have health and happiness”. The Yoga Balance Ball can make you get targeted exercise on belly, back, waist and hips, and providing effective massage and relaxation to your muscles. It further helps you eliminate a whole day's fatigue and recover energy. The Yoga Ballance Ball is a completely new body building product, which helps you have strong muscle, flexible body, and perfect body shape. Four kinds of yoga exercise:WAIST TWISTING, WHIRL, LEFT/RIGHT, FORWARD/BACKWARD, and CIRCULATION; “WAIST TWISTING” movement: that is twisting waist forward and backward crossly. Keep still and straighten up the upper part of body, and open your shoulders.  “WHIRL” movement: that is whirling waist back and forth (left and right alternately). Maintain the balance of center of gravity and keep still with the body as axle. Please note: don’t sway side to side your body, keep still the head and upper part of body, while whirl your waist in a large extent. This movement would make your waist move left and right alternately to exercise your obliquus abdominis and psoas muscles.  “LEFT/RIGHT” movement: This movement derives from the “hula dance”. Please extend your arms to about 180 degrees, maintain body balance, and slowly move the body left and right, while slowly move the waist left and right in a large extent. Along with the certain rhythm, the center of gravity moves left and right further. When the center of gravity moves to left and right, the waist is extended upwards to keep the balance of center of gravity. By this movement to exercise your obliquus abdominis muscle.  “FORWARD/BACKWARD" movement: This movement requires you to coordinate with your breath just like doing yoga. Extend your arms upwards and straighten up your back, keep the balance of the center of gravity and then move slowly, stretch out your body forward, backward, left and right, stretch your muscles, and move your body forward, backward, left and right in a straight line. Please note: do not go off the axis of your body, keep your back straight. Coordinate with your breath and use your body and mind rationally, fully perform your potential to finish this movement. It helps you exercise rectus abdominis, obliquus abdominis, and erector spinae muscles.
