Flat die pellet mill

The series machine is mainly applied to grain crops, low percentage grass plant and some organic fertilizer pellets. The diameter of input materials is 2-5mm, the smaller the better. The moisture of raw materials is about 13%, the moisture of finished pellets is about 10%. The capcity of our machines is high, energy consumption is low and the operation is very convenient. Therefore the machines are widely adopted in the feed factory, sugar bagasse factory, Chinese traditional medicine plant and sawdust plant.

The formation rate reaches 98%and the equipmentwear rate has been fallen to the bottom Speed-adjust feeding,adopted by this machine,can control the feeding capacity correctly to fit for different material and meet the production requipment of pellet with different diamters.
