This machine is a 3-in-1 mono-block(washing, filling and capping)

The whole set is driven by variable frequency and with the function of automatic production; 

The bottle can be fully filled to avoid sinking inward after cooling and reduce dissolved oxygen to the maximum extent;

The filling head system is hygienic with umbrella flow structure and fast filling speed;

The filling speed and volume can be adjusted directly through the touch screen;

The micro negative pressure adopted ensures there is no splashing during the filling process and the liquid level can be controlled accurately. 

Main electrical devices are Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron and other famous international brands to ensure accurate and precise operation;

It is equipped with a CIP washing system to rinse pipes at fixed period;

This machine is most suitable for filling hot tea beverage and juice drinks, and also for pure water and mineral water by only changing a few spare parts.
