Our company holds the core technology intellectual property of this product,have the standard design ability, full equipped production line and mature production technology,which could meet different requirements.
At present, we export to Denmark, Norway and other European countries, most of theconcrete column forms are sold in building materials supermarket. One set consists One 20cmX20cmX150cm frame and six profile plates.

The frame is according to customer's require for different pillar size.It was made by integral corrugated board in one-off.After reinforce the wax-dip and waterproof process.use the high-strength double U pinned together in axis direction.
Using help:
1. Put the six profile plate cover on the surface of the frame interval.( The frame has scale )
2. Fix the frame supporting on the concreting position.
3. Remove the frame after the concrete solidification.Clear the concrete pillar and paint primer cement.
Note: At least put one 10mm diameter steel bar before pouring!

This product is simple to operate,a common worker(no need of technical worker) can assemble one set of mould with 150cm hightwithin 5 minutes.Unique design has reduced the weight and gap of the forms, making them easier to handle, set and stripdiscard,and they also have the bright-surface.
