High Frequency Synchronal Welding and Cutting Machine (Hydraulic)

Characteristics: 

1) Two stepped hydraulic pressure control with synchronal welding, creasing and 

cutting in one time to skip the reprocessing procedure through punch machine and

 die cutting machine, has considerably reduced product damage and scratches during handling and saved manpower.

2) Adopt hydraulic system and twostepped pressure cylinder, can adjust the pressure

 in course of welding and cutting. The MAX pressure can reach 25T in cutting, and 

hydraulic pressure system can strengthen the cutting pressure and ensure more stable pressure then pneumatic pressure system.

3) Utilize PLC touch screen control with convenient parameters setting, high precision 

time-keeping and real-time display of the machines operating status.

4) Equipped with frequency stabilizer and high frequency magnetic leakage to prevent leakage of electromagnetic radiation to avoid jamming external devices.

Usage:

Applicable to sucking and molding packaging( including heat sealing and trimming for upper and lower blister, heat sealing and triming for blister and cardboard), heat sealing and trimming for decoration inside car, trademark, stationery box, raincoat, inflatable toy, plastic front cover, cool liquid cushion, shoes products, cushion, various wrapping bags, portable bags, ets. It can be usde for pressing various concavo convex pattern, flower pattern and letter characters.
