ZW32-12 circuit breaker is outdoor high-voltage apparatus of 3 phase and 50Hz, which mainly applies to the power system of 10kV rural and urban grid to function as the breaking and making of load current, over-load current and short-circuit as well as other similar occasions.

Structure Features:

1. The circuit breaker adopts three phase post structure and have characters as follows: Stable and reliable breaking performance, no fired and explosion danger, free maintenance, small volume, light quality, long life time and so on.

2. It adopts fully-enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which is helpful for moisture proof and anti-condensation of the circuit breaker. It specially applies to cold or moist areas.

3. The supporting posts for 3 phases and CT adopts imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation or indoor epoxy resin with the organic silicon rubber solid insulation as its outside layer, which features high and low-temperature resistant, anti-ultraviolet ray, anti-aging and so on.

4. Its small-sized spring operating mechanism has the following advantages: Small power for energy storage motor, low energy-consumption of breaking and making; Direct riving transmission method, little number of spare parts and high reliability. The

Operating mechanism is mounted inside the sealed tank, which raises the reliability of structure without rust.

5. The circuit breaker has manual operating, electric motor operating and remote operating for its break-ing and making. It can realize power distribution automation by being fitted with intellectual controller and also comprise auto-reclose of sectionalizer with reclose controller.

6. It can be equipped with 2-phase or 3-phase CT for over-current or short-circuit protection as well as supplying current collecting signal for intellectual controller; Metering CT can be mounted according to the customers requirements.

7. The circuit breaker can be fitted with 3-phase inter-locking disconnector with obvious fracture when breaking as well as default-proof interlocking appar-atus between the disconnector and circuit breaker. It can be equipped with surge arrester, post insulators and is easy to maintain.
