Sintered plate precipitator as a typical representative of high-performance dust collector, plays an irreplaceable role in the field of high-end dust.
The basic structure of the sintered plate precipitator is divided into three parts: the upper part of the exhaust fan and acoustic enclosures. Net chamber and the dust chamber, the central partition divided into specially designed sintered plate is installed in a dust chamber, the air bag of the injection system and the solenoid valve is installed in the net gas chamber. The lower part of the ash hopper and support structure, according to the needs of customers matching a variety of emissions equipment.
Sintered plate precipitator works: dust deflector of airflow through the dust and gas at the entrance of dust and gas into the central cabinet room through the sintered plate purified gas by the fan discharge. With increasing dust retention in the surface coating on the sintered plate, regular or fixed differential pressure work, dust control system will automatically turn on the pulse quick opening valve, compressed air to clear the dust of the sintered plate surface, spray off the dust under the action of gravity fall into the ash hopper discharge.
