Plummer blocks, assembled with precise bearings, are tested and verified by certified institutions for their material assurance in the field of mechanical property and chemical composition. Roughing cut and finishing cut for plummer blocks are done separately, thereby maintaining high accuracy of assembly gap. Plummer blocks are especially designed and manufactured to endure great weights. To this end, the thickness of the ribs is carefully calculated, taking into account the safety coefficients of each part.
