I. Product Description:
The paint is suitable for use on vacuum aluminum plating, metal, plastic (ABS/PC/PS/PMMA/OPP), wood and other materials, good adhesion, good leveling, high hardness, good construction, good interlayer adhesion, good plating, fast light curing speed; as a primer or topcoat can be used, the construction method can be sprayed or rolled; the use of water as a diluent, the emission of environmentally friendly, non-harmful to workers. Washing powder solution or alcohol can be used for mechanical cleaning.

Active ingredient: 33-35%.

Third, the use of methods and construction conditions:
a) Pre-treatment of workpiece - spraying - IR (60 ℃ 6 min) - exposure (800-1200mj/cm2) - coating - spraying - IR - exposure
(b) the product can be used for spraying ethanol or water dilution, dilution ratio depending on the spraying needs to be added
(c) curing conditions for 3000W or more power UV lamps, lamps and illuminated objects within a distance of 10CM fastest curing speed and best results, greater than this distance, then the light time needs to be extended appropriately, for multi-faceted workpiece should be used to irradiate the multi-angle light curing UV machines

V. Storage and transportation precautions:

This product is packed in iron drum or plastic drum, specification is 20-200kg.
Please take sufficient labor protection measures when using this product, if accidentally splashed on the skin and eyes, please flush with water, serious cases need immediate medical attention.
Room temperature (-10-30 ℃), light storage period of up to 6 months, storage should be avoided during the period of bright light, open flame heat source, etc.
