Using high-capacity CR123A Lithium battery as power, built-in IC chip control LED flash, this light has 9 user-selectable flash patterns: 

ROTATE, double blink, single blink, alternative, SOS (Morse code) for rescue,, solid-on (low),  solid-on (high),2LED flashlight and 4LED flashlight. 
Easy to use!

Press the button located on the face of the light, directly above metal circle, to cycle through its nine flash/lighting functions.  

Pressing the button in 3 seconds, the light is off, and press again, the light patterns is still on that pattern.

Step of charging:

1. Connect the AC/DC charger or car charger to the charging toucher;

2. Attach the 2 pins of the charging toucher to the 2 screw caps of the safety light

(there has a + and a - marks on both of light and charging toucher, face + to + and- to –).

1. The indicator light of AC/DC charger will be from red to green if the safety light is fully charged.
