APPLICATION

Suitable for the transportation of pure liquids or liquids with tiny size solid particles, especially for handling boiler water up to 105℃ in temperature.

CONSTRUCTION

The pumps are sectional-casing, multi-stage centrifugal pump, suction and discharge nozzles of pumps are arranged vertically up. Suction middle stage and discharge casings are rigidly held together by tie bolts. The joints betweens these casing are primarily sealed by means of metal-metal contact, simulataneously,O-rings are used as auxiliary seals.

SHAFT SEALING

The shaft of these pumps is sealed by soft-packing; the shaft sealing of type DG45-80,DG85-80 are mechanical seals too, cooled by cooling water.

In the region of shaft sealing, the pump shaft is protected by renewable sleeve.

BEARING AND AXIAL BALANCING DEVICE

The rotating assembly is supported by sliding bearings on both ends of the pump shaft.

Bearings of pumps are lubricated by oil and are cooled by circulating water.

The axial thrust or rotor is balanced by balance disc.

The return water pipe is arranged between balance chamber and suction pipe.

DRIVE

The pumps are directly driven by the motor through the flexible couplings

The rotating direction of the pumps is clockwise, viewed from the driving end.
