The production lines for XPS extruding plates are composed of two-stage single screw extruders in series and both the No.1 and No.2 extruders are single screw extruders. The No.1 extruder is used to melt plasticizing materials and inject foaming agents, then mix them in the second half。the No.2 extruder is used to cool and foam, and its special designed hopper and its cooling medium of water ensure the best cooling and foaming effect。
