Product Description:

1. Box filler of hopper is used for feeding materials into the mould.The height of the box feeder can be adjusted according to the mould being used. We have designed the volume of box filler according to maximum capacity of production area so that there is enough raw material supplied for the molding.

2. Block making machines are designed by using vibration system. There are starting vibration and main vibration.

3. The mould consists of box and temper head, where we use special raw materials that the mould may last longer. There are two rails on the box that functions as guiding rail for box filler.

4. Electronic controlling is placed on a special unit (panel) using automatic operational system with buttons so that it can be operated easily.

5. This machines can be equipped with a conveyor for loading mixture into hopper.
