The biscuit production line is the most advanced and latest unit in the domestic market. It is composed by flour-mixer, peel-fold machine, centre-filling machine, forming machine, egg-brushing machine, Sugar Sprinkler, tunnel baking oven, swerve machine, oil-pouring machine, cooling conveyor and biscuit stacking conveyor etc.
The Peel-fold machine is the essential facility for making the high grade biscuit. By using the method of laminating-cutting, the peels can be piled to 6-7 layers.
The forming machine is controlled by PLC linkage procedure, it can run long and stably just need one time adjust, it is composed by four tracks peel-roll, double-roller(printing, cutting), forming and recycle wastage.
The tunnel baking oven has three heating source: one for gas, another for electricity, the other for oil. The customers can choose any of them according to their source of energy.
