The container ventilator (vent) is an accessory made of ABS plastic attached to the container side wall panel. The air-permeable cover has a smooth and flat surface, stable dimensions, impact resistance, high toughness, corrosion resistance, adaptability to deep stretching and flame retardant properties.

 The container ventilator (vent) connecting the container wall panel with hollow rivet of Φ4mm to Φ5mm, there are rivet points more than 5, a sealing strip made of EPDM synthetic rubber is embedded on the joint surface of the two. In addition to pressure equalization, the ventilation hood also has the following functions:

1、Outlet the escaping gas in the container;

2、Avoid corrosion caused by the moisture contained in the escaping gas, and set up a vertical drainage channel in the lower part;

3、The inside of the cover is equipped with a double labyrinth, which can avoid passing through the openings on the cover and pass through the box, eliminating hidden spaces and water ingress；

4、Using hollow rivets or ring groove rivets to fix on the wall of the box to prevent it from being disassembled;

5、The opening on the cover is between Φ3mm to Φ5mm, and the hole diameter should not be too large to prevent the contraband from being inserted or taken out.
