Brief introduction

Chain type coal burning hot air stove (CHAIN STOVE) uses the A II grade bituminous coal as the fuel. The coal drops from the coal hopper to the front of the chain row by itself weight, moves slowly along with the chain row from flashboard to the furnace, the height of the coal flashboard can be adjusted freely in order to control the thickness of coal seam. The air goes to the bottom of the chain row divisionally, then intersects with the movement direction of coal seam, and being heated by the thermal radiation, finish the process of preheating, ignition, combustion, and burnout once. The ash moves with the chain row to its rearward and drops to the back water-cool ash hopper from strobe. The mass of hot air produced during combusting, meets the requirement of high temperature gas heat after being purified by the cyclone dust-collector. At the same time, matches with the advanced temperature testing and monitoring, fan air flow regulating and the chain grate speed-control system, in order to make sure that the stove can afford steady heat for the system.
