Silicone masterbatch LYSI-05 is our new product which dispersed in ABS with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Features:

Applications:
ABS materials, TV, LED covers ( to improve the flow ability of resin, surface smoothness, scratch resistance)
Use methods:
LYSI-05 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly.
Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the product’s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
