HBC-352 Series UV Solidify Adhesives belongs to one part, High viscosity, with UV / visible light curing and anaerobic curing modified acrylate adhesive. Anaerobic curing can make the part of shadow fast-curing. Wide application. Its suitable viscosity to make it fit glue manual and mechanical.
Purpose:
Buzz-chip assembly. Sealing electronic components, metal and other materials bonding.
