PE, PEX series of jaw crusher is a kind of complicated swaying crushing equipment, which is applicable to the industries of metallurgy, mine, construction, transportation and cement and can be used for grinding any ore or rock with the compression strength under 300Mpa.
It has many advantages, such as reasonable structure, high output, toothed plate with long working life, well-proportioned granularity, low energy-cost and convenient maintenance and it’s the most advanced machine in China. The principle of the machine is as follows:
the motor drives belt and belt wheel to move the jaw. When the jaw moves upward, the angle between elbow plate and jaw will become larger to drive the moving plate to the fixed pate, so the material will be crushed. When the moving jaw moves downwards, the angle will become small, and under the action of spring, the moving jaw plate will move away from the fixed plate, so the feed will be discharged from the discharging entrance. With the continuous running of motor, the moving jaw will crush materials periodically, so the batch manufacture can be realized.
