Product Description
It is a new one for updating or replacing older generation of sterilizing and drying equipment used in medicine production process, especially used in Chinese traditional medicine preparation and production process. It may perform a continuous and quick process for sterilizing and drying various medicine products and biological products with tablet, powder and pill type. Such novel microwave technology may be used to replace the sterilization by radioisotope Cobalt 60, peonage and wet method. The medicine products and/or Chinese traditional medicine materials evenly sterilized and dried by microwave processing may keep their original color not changed and keep their original ingredients without any other remainders.
The equipment in this series is designed completely in accordance with the GMP requirements; it is artistic in appearance, simple in operation, small area in occupation of ground surface, and suitable for long-term continuous production. According to the requirements of client, some additive devices, such as materials inlet and outlet monitoring system; frequency inverter for AC induction motor speed adjustment, infrared temperature measuring system, failure alarm, etc., may be installed onto this equipment to strengthen its functions.
