[Description]
INCI name: Recombinant Human Keratinocyte Growth Factor-1 (KGF-1) Alternate names: KGF1, KGF-1, FGF7, FGF-7, HBGF7, Fibroblast growth factor-7.
KGF-1 is a heparin binding growth factor, which stimulates the proliferation of a wide variety of cells including mesenchymal, neuroectodermal and endothelial cells. KGF-1 is produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 164 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18995 Dalton.
