SS 777 Series‧Glossy Clear Varnish JM Coatings + inks   SS 777 is a solvent-based clear varnish which applicable to most of the plastics, especially for PVC, Polycarbonate, Acrylic and ABS.   The series presents its properties as strong outdoor durability, high gloss, easily vaporized solvent, excellent stability, completely dissolvable, excellent water and alcoholic resistant.   Its crystal-clear, colorless properties have proven the best selection for metallic color mixing, demonstrating the glitter of metallic pigments and promoting excellent adhesion.   Applications:   Stencil             Anydirect emulsion and capillary film which are solvent resistant.   Dilution            Average viscosity 4500 mps at room temperature with solid content 35% – 40% by weight. Excellent dilution with SS 783 Retarder Thinner, SS 718 Fast Thinner, SS 719 Thinner. Should be well mixed before printing and fastened during storage.   Curing             By solvent evaporation and air dry in 15 – 20 minutes.   Additives         To reduce air bubbles add 0.2% – 0.5% by weight with SS 8580 Defoamer.   Wash-up          By usual Screen Wash.   Storage           Dry indoor below 75% humidity in 12 months from the date of manufacture.     SS 777 series is conformed to ASTM F963-96a, EN71:Part3:1994 and RoHS directives.
